Farm fresh eggs in the kitchen

I cooked fresh chicken eggs in the stocked kitchen during my stay. I used the two TVs after I spent the day walking to the Santa Fe Plaza.

Tequila tasting in the private dining room

I participated in a tequila tasting in the private dining room during my arrival, where I learned the history behind each selection. I chose a massage with salt stones at the spa while I stayed on the hotel. My room featured a mosaic tiled walk-in shower and a kiva fireplace, and I ate the signature Clams Lucifer at The Pink Adobe restaurant before I checked out.

Private yard on Canyon Rd

I sat in the garden area behind the house after I ate at the Teahouse across the street. The residence held furniture and decor in a local style.

Bentley rides through historic streets

I used the complimentary Bentley SUV shuttle for all my daily trips around town. During the evenings, I sat in the library area to drink coffee in front of the wood fireplace. My room featured a gaslit kiva fireplace and handcrafted furniture. The staff offered bacon treats to my dog, while housekeeping performed nightly turn down service throughout my stay.

Coffee on the back patio

I sipped my morning coffee on the back patio while the sun rose over the neighborhood. The bedroom kept me comfortable at night, which allowed for sleep after long days walking the local paths.

Free shuttle to the central plaza

I used the complimentary shuttle service to reach downtown restaurants while I stayed at this adobe-style hotel. After exploring, I relaxed by one of the two wood-burning kiva fireplaces in the Joe's Tequila bar with a margarita. I spent time in my room on the lower levelwith a gated patio area where I burned wood in the fireplace.

Adobe fire in my room

I lit a wood fire in the corner kiva fireplace of my room each evening while I relaxed. My bungalow-style building sat in a quiet courtyard, just two minutes of walking from the Capitol building. Barb kept the office lobby stocked with cold water, ice, and snacks, which I grabbed before heading out to walk toward the Plaza.

Private charging spots for electric vehicles

I parked my car in a reserved spot equipped with an electric vehicle charger after driving back from a day trip. My casita included a full kitchen with a washer and dryer, while I enjoyed the daily breakfast on the outdoor covered patio by a kiva. I found a yoga mat and a rubber ducky waiting in my room when I checked in.

Fires on the back patio

I lit the outdoor fireplace on the back patio while I looked south over downtown from the top of the hill. I used the Britta water filter when I filled my glass in the kitchen. I parked my car in the garage after driving back from the plaza.

Private spot for cars

I parked my car in the private parking space, which prevented the trouble of finding street parking in town. I also ate the cereal and fruit provided in the refrigerator for breakfast. My stay remained simple and easy since I did not have to load the dishwasher or strip the beds before I departed.

Kiva fireplaces lit every afternoon

My casita featured a kiva fireplace that staff set and prepared for lighting every afternoon. I ate homemade huevos rancheros and coffee cake during the hot breakfast service each morning in the decorated dining room. The coded security gates kept the hotel private throughout my three nights here.
